Located in Wetherill Park, Sydney, our Head Office is the heart of Complete Coffee Group, where it all started.
A central hub for coffee roasting, it’s home to Di Stefano Coffee, Primo Caffè and Cru. Our fully automated Brambati roasting system is capable of producing up to 1.2 tonnes of roasted coffee per hour, delivering consistency and quality across our specialty blends.
With coffee roasted, cupped and quality checked every day by our experienced team of roasters and QA specialists, we’re committed to delivering coffee to the highest standard.

Specialty Roasting
Designed for small-batch specialty roasting, our Fyshwick, Canberra facility focuses on quality, seasonality and the creative process.
Using a 60kg Brambati, 30kg Giesen and original 12kg Probat, every batch is cupped each morning by our dedicated team to ensure quality and consistency. The facility is home to Redbrick Coffee, roasting signature blends alongside rare and sought-after single origin coffees. Its philosophy is simple: it doesn’t need to be complicated, just good coffee, however you drink it.
Agri-Roasting
Nestled in the hills behind Byron Bay, our Ballina facility specialises in roasting Australian-grown coffee from crop to cup.
Home to Zentveld’s Coffee, the roastery works exclusively with locally grown coffee, celebrating provenance, traceability and the unique character of Australian coffee. Sourced from one of Australia’s few commercial coffee farms, the coffee is grown using organic and biodynamic farming practices that nurture healthy soils, biodiversity and exceptional flavour. Alongside the roastery, the site also features a coffee house where visitors can experience the coffee at its origin.
